Now Accepting New Clients

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, you’re not alone. Many people find themselves navigating the weight of past and present experiences while trying to find balance in their daily lives. Taking the first step to seek support takes immense courage, and I am honored that you’ve started that journey by reading my bio.

Before pursuing counseling, I spent years working in communications, where I developed a deep appreciation for the human side of every story. That experience, along with my love for gardening and ceramics, has shaped how I approach therapy: with patience, intention, and care. I’m especially inspired by Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, which reflects my belief that our struggles are not flaws to hide, but meaningful parts of our story that can lead to growth and resilience

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, stress, and challenges related to self-worth and identity. I am particularly drawn to helping clients explore how their environments, both internal and external, impact their mental wellness. Together, we will work to better understand patterns, build insight, and create space for healing and balance. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels collaborative, authentic, and supportive, where you can show up as you are without judgment.

In our work together, I value authenticity, curiosity, and connection. I believe healing happens within safe, collaborative relationships, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate your unique journey.

  • Anxiety & stress
  • Depression
  • Addiction
