Session Fees:
Our office is in network with several different insurance plans. Our self pay rates range from $75-$135. We do reserve a limited number of reduced fee therapy spots lower than this amount for those with limited funds.

Amanda Trost, Licensed Professional Counselor is in network with Aetna, Oxford, Oscar, United and Cigna.For other insurance plans, she is considered an Out of Network provider. Depending on your plan, you may be able to submit a receipt, called a SuperBill, to your insurance for reimbursement if you are out of network. You may also choose to use a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account to pay for services. Out of pocket session costs are $135.

Jared Trost, graduate student supervised by Mark Cagle, LPC-Supervisor, charges $75 per session. He is not in network with insurance.

Ozvaldo Esparza, graduate student supervised by Mark Cagle, LPC-Supervisor, charges $75 per session. He is not in network with insurance.
