The Childhood Trauma Book Club is a safe, supportive space for exploring how early experiences shape who we are. Each month, we focus on a book related to trauma, healing, and personal growth. Engagement with the material is flexible—engage in the book of the month in whatever way works for you: hard copy, audiobook, podcast content, summary, or just by showing up to engage in the discussion.

Together, we’ll unpack topics like complex trauma, emotional flashbacks, dissociation, family dynamics, and rewriting your personal narrative. Whether you’re ready to share your own story or simply want to gain insight and healing from others’, this group is for you.

Group fee is $40 per meeting/book.
